1. Who we are
This website is run by Arrays Ingenieria Pvt. Ltd. ("Ingenieria", "we", "us"), CIN U45309DL2018PTC340544, corporate office: Arrays Ingenieria Pvt. Ltd., A-27 NSG Society, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are its data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: arraysingenieria@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us. Our contact form asks for:
- Name, phone number and email address (required), so we can reply;
- Project type and location (optional), so we can understand your site;
- Message (optional): whatever you choose to tell us about your requirement.
Our free solar quote form also asks about your project, so we can prepare a proposal: who the plant is for, the services you need, how you would like to pay for it, the site's state, city, type and area, your monthly electricity bill and tariff, grid connection, sanctioned load and diesel generators, when you want to start, how it will be funded, your role, your company, how and when you prefer to be contacted, and how you heard about us. It also records which website or campaign link brought you to the form (for example a Google search), and an indicative plant size and savings estimate worked out in your browser from your bill. On the quote form the required answers are: who the plant is for; at least one service; the state and city or district of the site; when you want to start; and your name, phone and email. For a new solar plant we also require how you would like to pay for it and your monthly electricity bill, because we cannot size a plant or estimate savings without them. For operation and maintenance, piling, civil or installation-only requests we do not ask for your bill or payment choice; we ask instead for a short description of the plant and the work. Everything else on the form is optional.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your email contains. We do not run user accounts, advertising or tracking of individuals. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits in aggregate; it sets no cookies and does not identify you. Like every website host, our host keeps short-lived technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry: to reply, discuss your project and, if you ask, prepare a quotation. We rely on the consent you give by submitting the form (DPDP Act section 6; GDPR article 6(1)(a)) and, where you ask for a quote, on taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). Our quote form gives each request a simple label, Hot, Warm or Cold, worked out in your browser from your monthly bill, your start timeline, your role and the type of property, so that our team can decide whom to call first. The label is sent with your request. It is never used to refuse a quote or to make any decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you: every enquiry is answered by a person. We make no other automated decisions and build no other profiles.
4. Who processes it for us
We use three service providers (data processors). Each handles your data only to provide its service to us:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) receives what you type into the contact form and the free solar quote form and forwards it to our mailbox. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our mailbox, arraysingenieria@gmail.com, where enquiries are stored.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) hosts and delivers this website and keeps the technical server logs described above. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
These providers may process data on servers outside India, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. We share your data with no one else, except where the law requires it, or where you ask us to: if you choose the pay-per-unit (OPEX) option on the quote form and tell us you want an introduction, we may pass your contact and project details to a solar developer we build for, only with your permission.
5. Cookies and embedded posts
Arrays Ingenieria itself sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking of its own. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying visitors. Our fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site.
Our News & Media page and the Koomber case study show original posts from X (Twitter), Facebook and Instagram. When you scroll to them, your browser loads each post directly from that platform, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy (X, Facebook and Instagram). News videos from YouTube load only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings; the posts will then still appear as text cards with links to the originals.
6. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and, if a project follows, for the life of that project. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact with you. Records that the law requires us to keep longer, such as tax and accounting records for contracts, are kept for the period the law sets. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time (see section 8).
7. No sale, no sharing, no marketing lists
We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for advertising, including "selling" or "sharing" as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA). Submitting the contact form never subscribes you to a newsletter or marketing list: we use your details only to reply to the enquiry you sent.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (access / right to know);
- correct or complete it;
- delete it (erasure);
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
- under the DPDP Act, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.
Email arraysingenieria@gmail.com with your request. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; in India you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process below.
9. Security and children
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to our mailbox is restricted to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. This website is meant for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Grievance Officer
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the DPDP Act, you can raise any concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data with our Grievance Officer:
Grievance Officer, Arrays Ingenieria Pvt. Ltd.
Email: arraysingenieria@gmail.com
We will acknowledge your complaint and resolve it within 30 days of receiving it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
